Hi, I am Dr. Radka and I would love to help you.

I created My Sugar Stop after discovering that so many people live life with low energy levels and poor health symptoms that are often linked to sugary foods.

As an Ophthalmologist living in Prague, London, Munich, Sydney, and now Princeton, I spent years helping patients with their eye health.
The longer I practiced medicine, the clearer it became to me that we need to prioritize great nutrition, good quality sleep, a resilient mindset, and regular movement for true, long-lasting health.

Thousands of years ago, Hippocrates said, ‘All diseases begin in the gut…’ and I was fascinated to discover how true this is!
