"Thank you for doing this for me, my eye continues to improve.
It feels terrific without the sugar. I am starting to sleep well again. So I have quit drinking alcohol. It's almost been 6 months. I am starting to wake less and get through the night, waking feeling better. I think this may be because I am getting more exercise as well, so I am more tired when going to sleep.
It has not been impossible. It is difficult. I have been on and off the ketogenic diet previously, so I know to keep bone broth prepared and in my freezer. If I feel unwell or crave, I sip on bone broth throughout the day. This especially helps the first few days. Eating a bit of good chocolate helps too. I also monitor my ketones everyday, if they start to fall, I am more strict for the next few days.
