Meet Dr. Radka
Dr. Radka Toms is a medical doctor, Ophthalmologist, and functional medicine practitioner.
Dr. Radka's life transformed when she could completely reverse her severe chronic condition (Rosacea and insulin resistance) by using powerful lifestyle tools and food as medicine.
She discovered the medicinal effects of nutrition not only for herself but also for her patients.
Dr. Radka is also an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and published contributor in medical journals, philanthropist, best-selling author, and mother of two beautiful children. Her expertise has been featured in podcasts, summits, and a variety of professional webinars.
